Muscle Ache

Experiencing muscle aches within the back can be uncomfortable. These muscle aches can happen with exertion during sports or daily activities. Muscle aches aren’t always harmless, and in some instances, home treatment isn’t enough to address the underlying cause.

Muscle pain can have causes that aren’t due to underlying disease. Examples include exercise, prolonged sitting or lying down, doing a new physical activity for the first time, sprains, or strains.

  • Muscle ache

  • Stretch your muscles before exercise
  • Warm up before weight training.
  • Stay hydrated, especially on days you are active.
